I go through a lot of bikes. So I always buy like 10 of the $5 hour meters at a time off eBay. They work great.
They have some brackets for mounting them on eBay too for like $6. They also work good depending on the bike.
Question is, the meters don't come with the double sided tape. What would be the best kind of tape to buy off amazon? Thinking some kind of 3M.
I got a roll of some kind of double sided tape but Iran not sticky at all...

Found this on amazon. Should I go 1/2 or 1 inch wide you think?

Also the industrial strength Velcro is really good. I've used both.
The Shop
What ever go pro uses would be good.
I'll try the silicone too.
So I put a 3M Command strip on it between the existing tape and the frame. 2.5 years later no problems.
Make sure to wipe it with alcohol prior application. Lack of good prep will ensure failure
of the bond.
