I have an 06 YZ125 that I put YZ250 springs on (I weigh 190). I have recently rebuilt the forks.
In rolling whoops the bike uses too much travel, when skipping/wheeling to the next whoop the suspension will bottom, same for landing off big jumps. The bottoming isn't teeth rattling, but it shouldn't be using all the stroke for smooth downside landings.
Increasing the compression helped some but seems to really have a negative effect on braking/chatter bumps. I have not adjusted the high-speed compression on the shock as I'm not really sure what designates high speed.
Given my weight and speed (C class) I'm thinking about a revalve but don't want to toss $700 if I don't have to...ideas???
Thanks,

Are you adjusting the nut or the screw? High speed bumps are actions that make the shock react very fast like chatter bumps, square edge bumps, where low speed are ones that are slower like rollers and jump faces.
The nut is high speed, the flat head screw driver is low speed.

Basically I agree with Eddie. You probably need stiffer springs. I don't recommend doing the 375cc of oil. Stick with the stock 355cc and get the correct springs.
