Hey guys I'm doing a 2000 CR125 build and I've tried to search to no avail. I want to pull the motor so I can acid etch and sand the frame. Well, my question is, does the flywheel have to be pulled to unhook the ignition wires? I can get the wires in the front of the flywheel unhooked but there is a wire running in behind the flywheel.

Thanks in advance.

I would guess you have to pull it. I have no experience with the bike so i may be wrong.

If you want to undo the wiring from the engine, but there should be an electrical connector further up the frame if your goal is to simply pull the engine out.
