I purchased a set of frame guards directly from them for my 04 RM250. Went to fit them up since I just put the sub-frame on my bike. The fitment is not even close to right especially on the rear brake side. The ignition side fits okay, but the frame bolt hole is off. Anyone have issues with this product?

I always expect to massage carbon/plastic that is an aftermarket add on. However If the hole is grossly mis-drilled I would take a picture and send it to them.

Was looking around there site and think I received the wrong guards. They look nothing like the ones for the RM250. Seem to be for a KLX400 or DRZ400 instead.

I agree with you on that. The pic you posted does not look like it should fit an RM, Especially the ignition side, but you said that side fit ok. Looking at NorcalVet's in comparison are way off.

Just an update. Received the correct guards they fit very well on the bike. Only issue I foresee is the clutch side guard, it is bent out near where it clips behind the rear number plate. Could either saw it off or snug down the bolt a little no biggie. Really happy I could get my hands on these guards they cover a lot more area than the WC ones and look great with my black frame.

An idea for you
- I placed some grip/ gorilla / non slip tape (black) on the frame under and slightly above for extra protection from my boots

- from Home Depot, small roll and trim to size

^^ see pics above

Now I want c/f ignition and clutch covers
- I just can't find them Sad
