So my clutch was getting inconsistent and stiffer to pull at times. So I went to bleed it using the syringe and can barely get the syringe to move and nothing was happening up at the master cylinder. So I check the bleeder to make sure that it is open and clear. All good there. So then I take the clutch line off up at the master cylinder, remove the little deflector piece, and blow air down both holes. I only get flow through one. Is that normal? Is my master cylinder eff'd. SOS haha

I'm not sure from what you described but have you tried a vacuum bleeder? Really easy to use, open the cover on the master cylinder, hook up to the nipple on clutch slave, pump and crack the nipple until it sucks the fluid down from the top.

It won't work. It won't allow the fluild to bleed(draw or push). Its like there is a valve that is stuck shut.

Hummm, that sounds weird. Did you take the slave off and inspect? There's a little ball bearing in there that maybe is jammed?

Is that bearing suppose to move around freely(in and out)? If so then yes it is jammed. I just assumed that it was "captured" and its sole purpose was as a hardened smooth surface to actuate the rod.

It's hard for me to remember off the top of my head. You are correct, I don't think that ball moves in and out, but that cylinder holding ball I think is what slides?

Sorry, I don't remember that slave without it in front of me.

Kryan, it seems like we are having the exact same issues with our bikes Smile . First the gasket, then the rads and now the clutch.
I asked pretty much the same question as yours in the 2013 KTM SX 250 thread, where Berni suggested a solution but I haven't been able to try it yet.

After screwing with it for 2 days I bit the bullet and ordered a new slave cylinder and master cylinder from Munn Racing. Wanted to just buy the rebuild kits, but nobody had them in stock and get them here for this weekend. I mean it father's day weekend, the weekend of I can ride all day and drink beer all night and you can't say shit for christs sake. I gotta RIDE!
