Got my fmf powercore4 on today and then of course now I'm looking for a header, I'm thinking about getting a fmf mega bomb on fmf website they say it can add 3extra horses , are they really that good? Or should I save a 100 bucks and buy a fmf powerbomb

Well I think it depends on the bike. On my ktm 350 I ordered the whole system but they were out of the header for a bit, so I just put the silencer on and didn't really notice that much difference. When I got the header I put it on and noticed quite a bit of difference. On my crf450 I didn't notice as much with the header as the silencer, but the '12 has a real restrictive silencer. I would really doubt you will see a 3hp gain though honestly. It may move the power around some, may even give it a little in places.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking My 05 kx250f feelsike it gained some power in the bottom end with just the powercore4 and stock header
