Does my cylinder needs replate?

Hey, guys!
5 years ago I got rm125 1999 for few bucks. Could not start it. Just bump start. Finally I have time for my budget rebuild.
So took cylinder off and thinking what to do with it? Replate or don't? And yeah, cylinder doesn't have power valves. Sad

If you can feel anything with a fingernail then yes. More damage would possibly require welding then replating.

i was very recently surprised at what a good hone can fix,

get it rigid honed by someone who knows how todo it, i was lined up to replate 2 cylinders and the guy honed both and they are good togo, they looked much much worse than that,
