No, you missed by 1 year. Most of the 02-08 2 and 4 stroke wheels interchange,

Not true I have an 01 CR250 rear wheel on my 04 CR250, with a CRF250 swingarm. CRF250 swingarm should be the same, I could check for you as I have 05 CRF450 that I could swap wheels.
