80/100/21 - 90/100/21 diff?

What is the difference in these two sizes? Each tire has its own use but which is for what?

I think the 90/100-21 is better in hard, dry conditions and will absorb bumps a little better because of the increase in air volume but, will not follow ruts as good as the 80/100-21? I might just be totally wrong but, this is all the info I have.

Actually, the 90 was developed with the new four-stroke 450s. The tire is wider in order to help get a little more grip since the 450s are bad to push the front end in the corners.
