So I got a 2016 front fender and number plate today And they bolt rt up
On my 2015 . The color is a little off though. The new Orange is a little more red

The new Orange is a different color code. I don't know if you'll see the new body work made in the old color, even for purposes of converting old bikes to the new style.

Given that the 250SX still retains last years bodywork, I would guess you'll be able to get plastic for 2013-2015 KTM's in the new color code though.

If you're a gangster you run all orange in the front and all black all the way back! Then you won't have any issues

The only plastics that are available are the OEM 2015.5 plastics with the graphics in them. There are part numbers for all of the other ones, but the parts aren't available for ordering. This is through KTM. Acerbis says August for their plastic. I haven't found a reliable US contact number for Polisport yet. And to be honest, I haven't checked UFO as of yet.

Has anybody tried mounting the new plastic to a 2013-2015? I know the front fender and plate work. I'm talking about the rest. I'm thinking about doing some fab work when my buddy is ready to change his 16 plastics.

Ok I found the pictures. They are from elitemoto15.com. It's looks to be a updated plastic kit on an older bike but the entire bike is for sale and can't find just the kit. The site is in French so I can't translate. Anyone speak French?

Does anybody know where i can buy orange radiator louvers for the 2016 modell ?!

I found some at polisport, but they have a poor quality and the orange color is so way off the oem orange color.

The photo on the Polisport website of the KTM louvers aren't even the correct louvers. So i'd imagine that's not the "orange" they are selling. I got all the other orange plastics from them and they match up pretty dang close to stock.

Looks like they are out of stock on the louvers, I emailed them today. I'll let you know if I hear back...

Yeah I am also very interested in 16 plastics on the older bikes. I am thinking you need a 16 tank and seat.

EDIT: Ok was really looking at those pictures and they definitely had to have welded some new mounting tabs to the subframe to mount the lower bolt on the airbox covers.

Yep. You need a tank, seat and everything else. I've looked at the picture for a while and it's either bolt on brackets on the sub frame or welded on. I may try to find some used and abused 16 plastic to do a mock up. Then if it goes well order some new stuff. Only thing that really has me wondering is the air box.
