Is really tight. Going to replace sprocket and used the rear brake like manual says but it won't budge. Is it reverse threads? I want to make sure before I put an impact on it. Why suzuki went away from the snap ring design I can't figure. So simple.

Use an impact.

After owning a bunch of suzukis , I am glad they switched to a bolt since the counter shafts doesn't get worn.
