2011 Ktm 350 No spark question

I have a ktm 350 that has no spark, we replaced the control module already as we thought that was the problem and checked over the stator the coil and everything seems fine but it still has no spark what could it be?

Did you do an ohms test on the coil?
Have you checked the kill switch?
Is your battery fully charged?

Have seen this before with a Mag bike build we did. The sub frame got powder coated and upon putting back together it had no juice. The ground for the bike runs through the bolts from the subframe to the frame. Make sure that is raw metal to metal.

When I had this issue, it was the white plastic connection behind the front number plate.

It had some build up and the wire connection had worn away. Took me 5 minutes to clean it up, re-connect and it's been fine since

Did you ever find the solution here..

I have a 2011 with no spark..

stator ok per ohms test.
ground ok per ohms test,
coil ok per ohms test...

All the wiring seems ok.... started hard last time, and this time nothing...

Tip over sensor tested?
Kill switch tested?
Battery load tested?

I may be able to help here...I have the same bike....the stator tested ok (out of the bike), but that was the problem, it was shorting to the frame.. New trail-tech stator..problem solved...although it's rather tricky to install...Good luck...
