Hey guys I'm building a 2003 YZ 125 for my son to transition from the 85 and I am looking at a used set of warp 9 wheels complete with tires, rotors, sprockets etc. They came from a 2005 and the seller says they fit 2005 and newer but he has no info if or why they won't fit an 03? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The rear I think should bolt right up. My brother used my spare 2006 wheel on his 2002 YZ125 no problem.

As for the front, there may be different bearing or spacer sizes due to the different forks from 2003-2005.

Thought maybe we could help you out. We sell the same bearings and wheels spacers front and rear for 2002-2007 YZ125's.

From 2008 - Present we still sell the same bearings, but the front spacers changed, rears are the same.

Hope that helps!

I used a wheel off of a 2006 on my 2002 and if I remember correctly all I did is just use the original 2002 wheel spacers and axle bolt. Worked well with no issues.
