I'm boxing up an 03 KX125 engine today myself getting ready to ship it to Williams Motorwerks for a big bore stroker job. It's going in an 07 KX250F chassis. PSI Big Air carb and a Pro-Circuit pipe. We'll see how it goes in a few months . Working on radiators right now, need to shorten them up a bit. Doesn't look like KX125 radiators will fit any better than the stockers.

Read this Dirt Rider test, then go to Team Green; they use to have tech tips for models back well in the '80s for jetting, suspension and think motor mods.

This is like a first step unless you're a pro or real fast Int.....I'd check out the DB test and then go to Team Greens site for any bulletins. KX 125s weren't the greatest motors until think the '03, when wholesale changes were made for both models; 125/250s.

If you need radiators, I have a brand new set I got off ebay. Doesn't look like they will work on my project.

Check out kxriders.com. I have a 2003 KX125 as well and I have found a ton of info such as performance bulletins, shop manuals, etc. Pro Circuit pretty much built their business around the KX125 didn't they?

Yep and I am thinking about racing it this Sunday. kxriders is pretty cool, lots of good info. Dude, I love the shades, reminds me of Hunter S. Thompson! The pic is pretty cool, too! You can see somebody in the mirrors.
