The mud flap came from a guy in the UK on eBay. The silencer is an answer silencer. I just put the heat shield fabric so the clamp wouldn't dig into the silencer. The team actually used a stock PC silencer, but I went ahead cut the silencer down and had the PC mating pipe welded on to make the carbon one. I changed up a few things to my liking but for the most part it's all original stuff.

I love it! I give you a month before you post it for sale. Haha.

I have bought my carbon parts from the same guy. Great prices. Great product. Where do you get your titanium hardware from?

No I won't sell this one I have to much invested. It took over a year and a half to build. It's the real deal too. I got a lot of my titanium from the uk, some from magnum, met tec, racetech ti as well, and last but not least I got some from eBay China. Flame away, but I took all the ti to work had it shot with a pmi gun and x rayed it all came out the same grade. The axles I got from a vital member used along with some of the other stuff. Thanks for the comments.

I have not weighed it. I'm guessing maybe 2-3lbs lighter. Michelin tires are a little heavy, skid plate tabs are welded and skit plates are installed, twinwalls are heavy bars. I wasn't really aiming at a light weight build. I was just getting it back to the way it came off the race trailer. My guess is where it lost it may have gained in diff areas. I do plan on weighing just to see. After reading people's builds that actually went for a light weight bike I have a lot of room for imporvement. I am about to start on another bike and dropping weight is the most expensive part of these bikes other than suspension.

Awesome bike. Can't wait to see how your 99 PC bike turns out.

The carbon actually comes from Portugal, he's the same guy I got my bits from a few years back, nice guy.

Bike looks awesome, the only thing that looks weird to me is the hosepipe over the water hoses, I've noticed you do it on most your builds, if it's just heat protection could you not use something cleaner looking?
DEI do a range of heatproof stuff mainly used for cars but they'd definitely have something in the right diameter that would look better, or even if you just swapped the orange stuff out for black so it doesn't stand out, just a bit of constructive criticism.

Can honestly say that's the only thing that looks off to me, whereas I could look at mine and list off twenty things I don't like.... which says it all really,

I love the forks, shock, the ti everywhere... dream bike.

They use the orange thermal sleeve on their bikes.

Haha, i guess the suspension was the biggest expense! But you can be proud of the bike, i really like to see these early 2000s replicas!

Suspension is the biggest expense. It's not a replica.

Ah, ok, looked like hosepipe in the pic.. lol.

Didn't know that obviously, if it's not a replica i'd change the colour, but never the less, it's an awesome bike, thanks for sharing it.

Looks sweet.

Is it just the picture angle, or does it sit ass high?

I left a few things off purposely so it's not so easy to go ride. Lol

Nice ride dude.
I think I have a Honda of Plano jersey in my garage somewhere.
They were a force at one time.
