my 250sx has been pretty bad since i've gotten it. The clutch lever will not disengage the clutch until its 3/4 the way to the handlebar. This forces me to use all my fingers to pull it in. I have bled it from the slave cylinder going up and then after i bleed it I push on the slave cylinder diaphragm repeatedly and tiny bubbles keep surfacing.

I'm at the point now of rebuilding either the master cylinder or the slave cylinder or both. This bike has less than 50 hours on it so I don't see either of these needing that.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Try adjusting your Belleville washer ring to the most preloaded position, if you have done so already.

You need to take the guess work out. Inspect your clutch rod, top hat washer and thrust bearing for any abnormal wear.

If you have air in your line, its getting in from somewhere and that means a seal or oring is leaking, or you clutch line fitting are not sealing (normally they would leak). I have a 13 and have never had one problem.
