09 kx450f header pipe

I want to purchase a new header pipe for my 09 because it gets dented every time I tip the bike over... The stupid thing hangs out so dang far. I know if I buy an OEM pipe from 10-11 they are stainless and don't stick out so far. I would rather have an fmf powerbomb header but need to know if it fits more snug to the engine or if they stick out far... I just don't know. Can anyone tell me how they actually fit?

The OEM Kawasaki data recorder, wiring harness, and software to change the maps. Everything you need. $500 kit new I believe. I even have a Tokyo Mods map floating around on my laptop.

I'll bundle it all together and sell ya the stock header/can and the programmer for 250

Sounds good. Is the software hard to use if I don't have a clue what I am doing as far a re-mapping goes?

No. It's really easy to load a new map. It comes with a few pre made maps like soft, medium, aggressive, sand, hard pack. And those are easy to just load up. The data recorder is cool and shows your RPMs, hours, etc.

It's easy to custom make a map, the hard part is learning what changes on the screen translate to on the bike. There is plenty of forms and stuff out there for that though. Don't quote me, but I believe the software won't allow you to alter it out of an acceptable range, so you don't have to worry about ruining it.

I sold the bike and got a KTM. I didn't see the sense in letting it go with the bike. It was $515 new.

Makes perfect sense, and I would have done the same thing.
So I assume the header pipe is in good condition? No dings or dents?

Pipe and header are in like new condition. Just. Your typical wear marks. No dings and dents other than the picture below. It's so small it was hard to photograph

You're getting the stock radiator hoses too weather you want them or not lol



I have a crank assembly also if you're interested in that, just needs a connecting rod bearing
