First off, anyone have a cylinder for this bike they would sell? If not do you know if an 06 cylinder will work on an 05?
Thanks in advance.

Can you just send yours and get it replated?

05 and 06 will interchange just fine.

We can get yours replated if it is damaged, or find a cylinder for you if needed. Just let me know.

Im thinking about parting out my 2005 rm250.
I have a complete cylinder with power valves replated by power seal. Port work by Varner. Head was modified too.
It's set up to work with a boysen rad valve that I have. The #8 carb slide seemed to work well also. New Athena piston kit with all with 15 minutes of run time.
What other parts do you need?

I really just need a cylinder. If you would be willing to part with it, let me know!

The head is brand new and has been re shaped to work with the porting. I wouldn't use the cylinder without the head.
Do you need anything else? I'm waiting to hear back from a fellow when I do I'll let you know.
300 isn't too bad to have it fixed

You should buy this whole setup. If the cylinder has port work done, there could be a chance the powervalves may have been matched to ports.

If you send your cylinder to millenium, it will come back looking brand new. They do great work and $300 is about as cheap as you are going to get. By your piston ahead of time and send it with the cylinder so they can setup the bore dimension to match your piston. Even if you found a used cylinder, I would be hesitant to build a new motor around it without having it replated.
