03 rm125 rebuild suggestions

So im rebuilding a rm 125 top and bottom end for my brother which is a beginner. an im seeing the wiseco kit for a little under 300 bucks. Is that a good set up? Ive also read some bad reviews on the bottom end but from 2010. Lmk your input. Thanks

If you buy one of those units, be sure to have the crank run out tested and corrected before your install or it will not live.
