Is the 175 a different bolt pattern than the 125? Could you just get the combustion chamber cut to fit?

I've considered having my head re-cut to 175cc spec.
I'd rather find a 175cc head, but there might not be any out there.
How many YZ175's ended up with a Shinobi head? Likely very few.
