Very pleased with EVO-MX.com order

Edited Date/Time 12/23/2017 4:12pm
EVO-MX in the UK rocks! Their reproduction shroud decals for my 1992 Husky WXC 360 are spot on, color, size, everything. The shroud in the upper right is NOS with a factory mounted decal. Very very pleased. Only real difference is the thin strip that extends off the side; could be easily removed with a straight edge and razor blade if you really wanted to.

Frank is awesome. Great communication, fair prices, quick shipping to the US. Quality products. They've made a few fitment mistakes on some of my stuff but have always gone above and beyond to make it right. I've helped get some of the Cagiva and KTM stuff sorted out.

I loved his stuff when it was called MXA in the 80s/90s.

I think your Husky graphics look better with the little extra addition.

Only thing I worry about is what's going to happen to EVO when he retires?

Yes, great communication.. Even received a text message when it shipped with the tracking number. That was a first! (and i order a ton of crap haha). You know, I agree about the " extra addition" being a good, if not better look.

Though now I've got a new issue to deal with - First I came across the NOS acerbis shroud with the factory decal, but it one only one side. Then I was able to find one NOS acerbis shroud for the other side, but no decal on it. So, do I run the EVO-MX style on one side only? I thought about very carefully removing the factory installed decal and putting it on adhesive backing material and keep it filed away safely, then run EVO's on both sides of the new shrouds..

The ones on the bike now aren't horrible, just a little discolored and starting to curl up. Fixable for sure; just couldn't pass up the NOS set Smile

They even had these!!
Only dealt w/ Jane, who was fantastic. Shipping, turnaround, cust. service, all Top Notch.
She's (the bike, not Jane) a race horse, not a show pony. Graphics have gotten some "scuffs", and respond well (flawless) to my crazy azz takin brake clean, polishing compound to them to clean. They are tough as nails.
I also got the solid white tank piece, but cant come to grips w/ the holes yet. Tank is orig. oem bare plastic.
And the numbers are a product MY handywork: craft store, razor blade, paper template, red bull&vodka. Not EVO...

Oct.2016 she was $200 basket case, no crank, pwr valve, cyl, head.
1st track day End of march 2017.
ANY of you guys w/ cyl/power valves (90-92) in basement, I'm All Ears !! $$$

There's actually a reason for the perforated holes for decals being applied directly to the tank and not the shrouds. EVO-MX sums it up perfectly with the card that came with my order. Same phenomenon that causes the white tanks to turn that dingy, light brown color over time; the fuel+premix permeates the plastic tank. The holes in the graphics are a necessary evil, otherwise the decal would bubble

Btw, killer resto! Bike loooks amazing

Frank is super awesome. I orderd my 98 splitfire graphics for my 2003 kx125. When they sent me the graphics cut for a 98 he sent me the correct set free of charge. I am actually getting ready to order another set from him this winter

Great fit, they take some abuse

So I asked Frank about some small model and engine size decals that came on my early 90s era Husky, he said he didn’t have any made up but was happy to give them a shot for me. I told him no rush, no even sure I want them; but then I showed him the praise he was getting in this thread. Here’s his comments. What a class act.

Suzy at EVO-MX is awesome. I ordered the 97' SplitFire kit with custom number plate backgrounds. She would always message me back within 24 hours on updates. I ordered on Oct. 6th and had my order in hand Oct. 26th. which I felt was excellent for a custom order and the shipping time was 10 days(regular shipping). I highly recommend if you are considering ordering to message Suzy on facebook messenger. She can give you alot of time saving insights on what they can do, what they have and exactly how long the custom stuff takes to create. Super happy customer and will order from them again. Thanks EVO-MX!

I ordered a set of tank graphics for my '80 YZ50G- of which they don't make. I was doing a mini replica of Mke Bell's bike, so I sent them a photo of his bike and they matched the stripe layout, look, and even sized it for a little bike. All at no additional charge! They then shipped it to Ontario CAnada. Problem being, I live in Ontario CAlifornia. When I figured this out from the tracking number, I then called and informed them of their mistake. They we nothing but apologetic and helpful. They printed another set that day, and shipped them priority and their expense. I think I got them 2 days later. Very hard to find any body, much less a business that will own their mistakes(we're all human) and make something right. I think I have purchased from them 3 or 4 times total now. They deliver the goods every time- great to deal with, and an awesome product, I'm a customer for life!!

Any idea how old Frank is / how much gas is still left in the tank?? Between your comment and the 5 star praise everyone is giving him, I almost feel compelled to approach him with any and every graphic need I ever foresee myself having for some of my other bikes! Smile

I have ordered a number of complete sets, radiator decals and sticker kits. Top quality, good communication just need a multi purchase discount or sponsorship and I will be good!

Here is my 92 RM125 build and I also have a set on teh way for my 92 RM250. I will add some pics of the 89 CR250 build that is also in progress.

it's nice to see a post when they are done right because and give equal time as it's so common to read posts when someone gets shafted .
