Vendors for new oldschool rims

I'm looking for recommendations. I recall a vendor that also machines the outer surface of hubs but the names eludes me.

Yep, TCR does great work. Dubya has started doing vintage wheelsets too. I have sets from both. Equal high quality. Texas-guy and ex-pro Clayton Miller does hub turning and polishing as well as Cerakoting. Also high quality work, but he doesn't do complete wheelsets I don't believe.
