That Elsie tank looks right! The Penton is a beauty and that 748R.....hnnnnnnggggg.smile I hardly ever rode my 916 20 years ago but damn it sure was a sweet bike. Love the Ducati’s

I got forearm pump just thinking about trying to pull the clutch in on those things...

OEM clutch cable from a single-cam Honda CB750 was the hot setup to ease the clutch pull on the Penton/KTM. Worked great on my MC5 but juuuuuust barely fit, actually had to stretch a little before the action was right.

Only one mile on the Duc. Came that way out of the crate and never ridden.

Nope. I spent 2 months locked up at Great Lakes for Navy Boot Camp, but never got to leave the base until I flew to Pensacola for photo school.
