I saw a “tumbler” in a part store and was wondering if anyone had used one for small aluminum parts or nuts and bolts?

Mike,

I have 2 tumblers, one small one from Academy & one large one I use to tumble cases for ammo.

Give me a day & I’ll run a test on some parts for you.

Mike,

I let the tumbler run for about 7 hours & it did take the rust of the bolts.

But it didn’t polish or remove any of the scum off. It didn’t do much to the aluminum parts.

You can a much better job with a bottle of evapo rust & a buffer.

Thanks for the effort sir!!
Evoprust is LEGIT!! I bought a gallon and poured some in this tray and let this rusty Dynoport pipe lay in a shallow pool of the Evaporust... The results speak for themselves! I loved it so much I ordered a 5gal pail off Amazon (totally worth it, since you can reuse this stuff for a long time)

But aside from that... I think THIS is really what you need to see. All of Cameron's videos rock, but this one is especially cool...
