Can anyone help with a positive ID of the shocks I have? To me they look like Works Performance Shocks, but there is no identifying marks on them that state that. I am going to be listing these for sale, and would not want to misrepresent what they are.

Thanks for any help

That's what they look like to me. They look pretty long. What is the eye-to-eye length?

Thanks. I really think they are Works Performance, but I would not want to mislead someone.

They are 17.5 eye to eye, from a 1979 CR125R. They need a rebuild, but are still pretty nice.

17.5 ....hmmmm. Not a fan of the triple rate springs, but are the shafts rust free and how much travel do they have without counting the bumper? And of course, how much?

If no one else who posted ahead of me is interested, I may want them. If someone else nabs them, I may have bushings, bumpers and seals.

Went out and remeasured. Center of eye to center of eye is more like 17.25. I was going by memory when I said 17.5, so sorry for that.

The shafts are clean, and straight. I measured the travel of the shaft as though the bumpers were not there, and measured a travel range of 5-3/4s.

Seal head looks works performance to me with the dimple in the od for removal. Looks like some one put fox springs on though.

Probably wouldn't work on what I would have in mind but a very popular length and application for the 79 CR125 or 78-79 CR250. Should be an easy sale.
