Rio Bravo AHRMA weekend - 125 race?

Does anyone know if Rio Bravo is still having the 125 race this year during the AHRMA Old School Reunion weekend? They had it last year and said they were going to have it again but I don't remember exactly what the bike eligibility was. If I remember right it was ANY 125 two-stroke but that may have blown AHRMA minds and changed.

I will be there again this year with my '75 KX250 for vintage day but I would really like to race that 125 race too and I have a couple early 2000's 125's I'd like to show up with.

Also, are they still doing the bike show?

If I remember correctly, the 125 race was not part of AHRMA, but rather, put on by Danny (owner of Rio Bravo) at intermission. Cool, cool race, lots of entries, people really flying on 125s!!! May be the best race of the day, as well as, the most entries. I think they ran one moto at intermission and one at the end of the day, or the 2nd moto was on Sunday, can't recall.

Yes, to my understanding, the bike show is still on for Sunday this year.

The "battle on the bayou" is the 100cc race promoted by Bubba Dennis and the 125cc race is Danny's deal. Both classes are the best races of the weekend.

Yeah they ran the 125 class both days. One moto at intermission and one moto at the end I believe. Most of the buddies I have in moto care nothing about AHRMA eligible bikes but would think about showing up on a 90's/2000's 125. I'm just not sure what the cutoff year is for the 125 if there even is one.

On Saturday they ran post vintage 100-125cc bikes up to 1984. Sunday was an open 125 class for any year bike.

Yes the bike show is on.

Tag Team race On the night track Saturday evening is also a GO.
