Long story short, my dad had an 87 KX 250 when I was younger that he kept for many years after he stopped riding, and when I stopped riding for years when I was younger he gave it away to some kid cause he never thought I'd have any interest in it. Well then I became a teenager and got back into bikes. For 5 years I have been looking for an 87 that wasnt "too gone," and since I cant find my dads exact bike, I figured this one can be made close enough to what his looked like. And what a nice surprise. Finally found this one last week, owner rebuilt top and bottom end and has SOME new plastics on it!
I've owned and raced 100+ bikes from that era....and the 87 KX250 ranks up there with best. Enjoy!
When you say plain backgrounds, do you mean without graphics, pinstripes or numbers? If so, this is what you need:
