Need help, '95 yz250 drippin fuel ??

The tiny clear rubber tube comin off bottom of carb. Bottom/side by the floats, the other end hanging down,. Guess I never noticed before, but with fuel ON and trying to kickstart, fuel is dumping from this. Choke on/off doesn't matter,

Your float height need adjusted, the seat needs replaced (the silver piece with the rubber pointed tip), or the O ring under the brass insert where the seat sits needs replaced. Or a combo of those.
