Bought this bike as a complete runner in 2014, tore it down completely and restored every morsel. Its been sitting in my garage, unridden, for the last 3 years and I figure its time to show it off a bit (and maybe sell it).

That looks lovely- well done. Is the exhaust original or aftermarket?

Thanks! It’s the original pipe and silencer. Pipe was fairly dented up when I bought the bike, but piperepair.com did a pretty solid job brininging it back to life.

Which Excel rims did you use? Did you use stock spokes or aftermarket? I am slowly rebuilding one of these. Thank you, and good luck on the sale.

I used Takasagos - I wish I kept better notes, but I think I used stock spokes. It’s been a few years and too many beers to remember for sure, but my approach was to use as much stock/NOS as I could find.
