I'll race it, but most likely it will be eye candy in the garage next to my CRF450R'
My requirements needed to race Evo (think thats what its called) are
- Air Cooled
- Drum brakes
I thought about taking a XR400R and installing older CR250 Drum wheels and maybe older CR480R Plastic.. but I'm open to other ideas.
Or buying a CR480R and shoe-horning in a XR400R motor to build a vintage 4-stroke replica (less disc brakes)
C&J frames are an option, but just more than I'm looking to spend..
Even thought about buying a 1984 RM250 and stuffing in a 4-stroke... but they look damm unconformable to ride.

We were riding out near Banning Ca. Hilly tight trails.....
My cousin and riding buddy had one too. He had Race Tech do his suspenders front & rear, plus Thumper Racing welded up the swing arm .
Did I mention electric start????
