I need an axle for 44mm Fox Factory Forx (stop laughing)

I know. It’s a unicorn, but I need one. Anybody? Suggestions on what axle will work even if I have to buy some custom wheel bearings to fit?

Going on the 83 Mugen 125.

I don't think it will be hard to get an axle to fit.

My 44s, meant for a CR, has a 17mm (?) axle, and over time I've used YZ, RM, and Cagiva front hubs / wheels.

I just modified the lug for the backing plate, for the drum brake wheels, and with the disc wheels, made caliper carriers (that key onto the drum lug) in the style of what is on rear wheels

Just go to a wreckers or a variety of dealers, and start checking axles. Failing that, it's a very simple thing for a machinist to make.
