The more I watched that Suzuki go up in price, I started to think it was to nice. What I think I'm looking for is a bike, I might bust out at a vintage race. I think I want to get it dirty sometimes. I changed my way of thinking, finding an old one would be great, racing the bike would be awsome. I will start looking again, maybe an Elsinore 125 or the TM. Thanks for helping me, if you come across a good used 1974 Elsinore, let me know. Joel just dropped a call on you, to (sic). When are we going to get with him, maybe to knock back a few beers. Can't wait to see the OW 125.

T, I got a message from e-bay, something about a service called Second Chance. It said something about the winning bidder, didn't come thru on the winning price, I'm new at this, I think that what it said. I e-mailed the guy with the bike, is this worth pursuing? My bid at 3100.00 was second in the bidding. I'm confused!!

Be careful on the Second Chance unless you have talk to the seller personal on the phone. There has been a lot of Ebay scammers ripping off sellers and buyers on Second Chance buying. Mainly on high dollar items.

No shit - I got done for about $5000 NZD on some '76 RMs with the 2nd chance shit.

Contact ebay fraud and get it verified before you front up with funds - either that or get an address to collect and pay cash.

The guy probably had his buddy run up the bid and then neglect the sale to get a higher sale price from the second bidder.

DJ KC and Russ have a point. Check with the seller and make sure. You can contact the seller from the auction page, there should be a box that says contact seller.
