Found a Really Good one Last Week.

82 RM125Z. Third owner. Story is the dealer left it in the crate for 15 years or so. Sold it to a guy who let his daughter ride it a few times. Then sold to the guy I bought it from who readied it for vintage racing but never raced it. He's more of a 250/open guy so it sat for 11 years.

Second set of tires he put on when he bought it. Still has the barely used stockers. Changed the handlebars for preference, still has the original set.

I have a summer place in NC and this was for sale 40miles away. Absolutely couldn't pass it up.

That is a great find and a terrific bike. I just landed this one owner 1979 RM100 in amazing original condition.

Nice score.....there have been some very clean 81-83 RM 125"s around my area lately...if that is the original tank decals & pre mix sticker on the gas tank, that is a well kept original bike....they must have been smart enough to to drain the tank? Will you ride it?

Definitely will ride it. And Yes, he 20:1 sticker is still there. Previous owner flushed the tank, fogged the engine and put it away.
