my 1972 SL70 was my first race bike. i started riding on a trail 50, then i got an SL70 followed by a XR75.

That bike looks more like a CR very cool. I'm trading my daughters 90cc quad she has out grown tomarrow for a SL100 it's either a 70 or 71 model. I had a 72 SL70 at age 10 I loved that bike.

My first bike was an SL100. Here it is before I ever raced it..this was at a place called Butterfield Country, near Vail Lake.



This is the same bike, with a 21" front wheel and some other stuff, on my way to another Corona win. I never got beat on that bike!



Here's the trophy from my first race, which was also the first MX race ever run at Corona Raceway. I loved that place!
