I don't know about the size or the make.. I bought it from a vendor years ago for my 465 but sold the bike and never used it.

To my knowledge only Clark and Extreme YZ make tanks, The Extreme YZ tank should have YZ-?? On the bottom in the hump section. It would be YZ 250 sized. I was looking for the white IT tank myself as I wanted the 3+ gallon capacity for the local HS series till I figured out my float height was a shade to low. Sad LOL

Yes, this tank is from Scott Sears of Xtreme YZ so it must be 250 size tank.
