To get a better angle for the rear shocks to improve the leverage ratio

whoah, great bikes..
not sure 'never started' is a good selling point, imo an engine/bike needs to be run to check its all good...
no matter who built them or how much was spent,

not that im in the market, my vintage mx days are now as long ago as my original mx days were to them.lol...

Because the builder of that arm felt that his ME125 replica swingarm needed to look like a ME360 arm. I have one too. Good thing I waited to order shocks until after I got the arm.

Those two bikes are extremely nice. We've all discussed the red hubs on the 460 here before but you can't discount the quality of everything about those two. Amazing stuff, and some super rare engine kits!

Thanks for the compliments Newmann. The 125 took me 3 years and as you can imagine I paid heavy for the NOS kit out of Japan. No expense spared on both builds.

ps: I agree on the red hubs....too late to change now
