Also - would you be able to take a few photos of the KMX200 valve next to one of your KX125 valves from a few different angles? You can get a free image account at http://imgur.com or just upload them here on Vital (click Upload Photo when making a post).

Thanks again to KidKawie for help with my old valve earlier this year. Will hold on to it as a spare.

Are you working on getting other powervalves like from the 86 / 87 KX125?
These worked for an '89 KX125 and can be made by any competent machine shop from commercially available materials....
Valves are 7075 aluminum and gear blanks are 1045 steel (both very strong). Gears are pinned to shafts.

Best of luck,

Steve
the idea is good
I've already tried it,
Unfortunately it does not work
I've already tried it
joining iron and aluminum has weaknesses
still work on the tooth module
you do not get it right
it's no standard
this may work there
but not ideally

Welcome,
Why Powervalves for Kawasaki KX?
The answer is simple - they can no longer buy new ones, and buy used in good condition is very difficult.
I am currently producing Powervalve for:
KX 125 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991
Developments include:
KX 125-1987, 1992-93
KX 250 - 1990-1992, 1993-94
If you need others that are not on the list, write to me! I can produce them for you according to the original
Attached a few pictures of completed orders
