I am not sure, but I have one of the early ones, too. It was before Stellings joined. It reads Boyd Engineering, and has the adjustable head stay. It had an Ossa engine in it, but not sure it was designed for that. How much do you want for it?

I have and have had several Boyd & Stellings bikes and frames over the last several years, a complete unmodified frame in nice shape with all of the related correct parts is a $900 to $1200 piece depending also on what power plant it's for. A complete running bike depending again on the power and condition should bring over $3000 pretty readily, add about 30% for a "Boyd Engineering" example, they are pretty scarce these days and very desirable.
The bike in the photo is one of my current ones, it was Walter Boyd's personal bike, I picked it up at his shop in Colton California back in 1999.
Kawasaki F5 Bighorn power.
