Black Powder RAL for Frame?

Does anyone have a good, OEM looking RAL code for black frame powdercoating (like 70's/80's RM & YZ)? A lot of work I've seen (and one I had done) look too glossy to me.

The frames from that era were gloss black I thought, The engines & pipes were a matte black, my 81 rm 250 frame is at powdercoater right now, I just said gloss black.....

I've always thought the frames, engines, hubs were the same black. Like a satin or semi-gloss black (not full on gloss).
