Thes 2 bikes are dirt cheap and 2 hours away from me. Any idea what kind of Husky's we're looking at here? The owner knows absolutely nothing about them.

1972 husky 250???

maybe. looks like a husky tank and airfilter, straight shocks it's pre '75,
for sure. Looks like something for the AHRMA guys.

I dunno, 200 to 400 if you want a project.
Hey, it's a European MXer, not one of a kazillion Elsinores. Kind of rare.
Fixed up and running, a great piece, $2,000 to $4,500 to the right guy
that might have had one as a kid......................

Man, if you got the coin, preserve a bit of history and save that thing before it hits the scrap pile.

Hoping to pick them up shortly and add them to the collection of the 40+ junkers I already have.

I honestly think the more complete bike is a pre 67 as the frame rails over the rear fender don't seem to angle up at all. I guess I will know shortly.

I'll post up a pic of a 1969 enduro model. The frame looks similar. If those Huskys are cheap, buy them. That 1960s stuff is an important part of dirt biking history in the USA.

OK the bike with the engine that's mostly hidden in the pics is a 1972 360C. The rolling chassis is a 72 CR or WR 250 The vin prefixes were the same on the frame but different on the engine so I'm not sure. I ended up picking them up.

Is it the 8 gears engine you got in that one ,then it will be very rare even here in SWE.

Ahhh, The World's famous Husqvarna 450 Desert Master. We sold many many of this exact model.
