Been a while since I did a frame off build, picked up a 93 CR250 working on building a competive track bike.

Just got the frame back from the weld shop, gussets add a the areas the factory bike we're modified, dropping off at power coaster tonight

Nice, I just picked up a 93 CR125. I'll be following your lead Smile

Let me know if you have the specific color code for the white powder coat on this bike. Will the 2005-2014 Yamaha foot pegs bolt onto these frames as well?

You can get the DRC pegs much cheaper, as far as color, I just use the color chart at the powder coating shop

Awesome, I am getting ready to do a 1992 CR250 Build.
Do you have any Documentation on exactly how and where the Teams added those gussets?

Cant wait to see how this build turns out.

The gussets and welds look great. How did you shape them to fit the frame?

Got lucky having some touring, shaped it then grind, tack weld and work on forming it into place
