Just picked up my latest project for restoration, 84 KX125C1.

Now the fun part begins. Swingarm and suspension pivot bearings will be the first order of business.

nice, I have been blending an 84/85 together. parts are kinda tough but thats to be expected lol. mine is 90% done now and looking forward to the day it is done lol.

as it sits right now it is, i am finishing up the "84" motor. "85" will have a Tom Morgan built "84" motor and ignition, "88" cartridge fork. getting close to finishing. but wow are the alot of work. "83" CR250 was a zillion times easier lol..

Did you replace the funky grease fitting linkage bolts and bushings in the link Bad Juju?

Max, no. so far so good. I pulled everything apart, cleaned and regreased then reassembled. shock was rebuilt with race tech and oem parts.

Wow, that thing was a mess. How were the tolerances inside ?
I have an adjustable link that is like to mount but the bolts and bushings have play

I did'nt even check, it did'nt have any scouring which was my major concern. I plan on going ohlins or custom axis shock. I have been through Hell with the Kawi build lol.
