I don't think so I think that you would probably have to add mods, sadly i can't confirm it for sure i think the wheel base on a 450 is bigger compared to a 250 wheel base

The wheels off my '08 did not fit on my '04, with the only block being that Honda made the axles thicker on the newer models. Only solutions I could see were to shoe-horn the bigger axles into the guides (not good), run sleeves (pretty finicky), or re-lace '04 hubs into the later model rims (not worth it). I'm sure a handy guy could figure it out - that wasn't me.

It looks like it’s not worth the effort
They were offered to me cheap
But I’ll take an easier route !
