1994 YZ250 Front brake upgrade

Hey Guys
What other front brakes bolt on to a 1994 YZ?
I have done everything to it,rebuilding it,bleeding it ,new pads,just cant get the
firm feel that I want

ss front line, run the honda route, honda master cylinder, motul 600. thats what I ran back then and it was worlds better.

i fitted the latest yzf master cylinder....and a 2004 yz 250 caliper

Start with a new master cylinder and a straight SS line.. Amazing how much better the new masters are over the old ones. I've been running 35 dollar knockoffs of the Honda ones on a few bikes with great success.

You'll have to fabricate a brake line clamp on the fork protector. It's worth it. Running the brake line like the new bikes shortens the line almost 12"

Did you like the Stainless line? 2 bikes I ran them on made the brake feel almost too firm

It was a Honda so I ran the stock line. The other I used a tusk line from RMATV and it was fine with the 98 YZ 250 caliper.
