1991 Honda CR125 HPP washer removal

I have a 1991 Honda Cr125 that needs the cylinder replated. Everything came out except for the washer piece that is inserted into the cylinder recess. How do I get it out? It seems to be pressed in and doesn't budge.

Try heating the cylinder area right around the washer then lightly pry/tap it out with a small drift. But if it's in there that tight, you may just want to leave it, should not get in the way of anything they will do for replating cylinder.
