I've installed brand new stator, brand new CDI black box, and brand new ignition coil.....still no spark ughhh...what up with my nice restoration having no spark ???
Bad Ground? im only saying because ive done a few restos myself and usually forget to grind down paint or powdercoat until its fully built and it doesnt start....lol

I just had mine back together and zero spark, after some cussing I discovered I had the kill switch wires crossed with the coil, same connectors, reasonable lengths, same colors (except for the tiny stripe that my old eyes can't see without glasses). Switched them around and had a juicy spark and fired right up.
Agree on making sure motor can ground to frame and the ground wires are against bare frame and maybe some dielectric grease on every connection and ground.
