I'm in the process of building an 82 KX250 and I'm looking for some help rebuilding the WP rear shock that was on the bike when I got it. If I can't get the parts for the WP shock then I'll be looking for a stock shock assembly if someone out there has one? The seal head on the WP shock is part that I really need.
Thanks for the help

I'm guessing you already tried works performance?

You might try race tech in corona.

Hi, I ran into similar problem with a WP shock for my 86 CR250. How I solved it was I ordered a bushing, seal and wiper from race tech for 14mm(or what size you have) and then I did some lathe work to allow the race tech peices to work in the WP seal head. Was only hour or so tinkering with lathe and now mine can be rebuilt over and over with race tech parts.

I bought a Noleen Shock for my kx125. I didn't even try to screw with the stock shock. It was very worth it. That bike is in beautiful condition. It deserves a new shock too
