This is not something I am interested in right now (well, a little) but passing on as the price seems ballpark for this unicorn.

Way back in the early 70's, a guy came out to the Bakersfield area foothills with one of the first rotary valve Maico 125's in our area. It ran about two hours, and lost fire. They pulled the ignition cover off, and the flywheel dropped onto the ground, with the LH crank end still snugly seated in the flywheel. Snapped the crank end right off.

I had one. This was when it was brand new.

Good bike. However the shifter shaft ran through the centre of the kick start shaft. Hence the shifter shaft was really small and broke. Often.
