So we dug my uncles gem out of the barn this weekend! Always loved this motorcycle growing up! Hasn't ran in 15+ years. Put some premix in it and she fired up 2 kicks!
Wanting to do a restoration on it as its sat in the barn since about 1980. Brought the pressure washer out and it cleaned up pretty good.

Good running bikes. My buddy bought one brand new in '75. When he offered to let me ride it , I was in awe of it as an 11 year old kid. Big step up from my old Kawasaki 100 that I was riding. That 250B would run.

Watched it bring him to tears later that day, as it pitched a chain and broke the cases.

That one looks like a good one to just straighten up a bit, and leave original as possible.

A few years ago, I had an NOS tank and NOS air box for that bike.

Those engines are great for flat track as well. My older brother had a few of the 250B bikes that he robbed the engines out of. Basically rolled the rest out to the trash can.

Here is a crappy pic of his 250B powered Shell short track bike. And my '76 MX125C that I restored. Owned it since new in '76. The red and white paint schemes on these bikes were some of the best looking, IMO.

Nice! I'm riding the same bike in my profile pic. Wish I kept it, can't even remember who I sold it to!

Very nice! I had the 125 mxb. Forward mounted the rear shocks, made my own "air forks" after reading an article in DB magazine, thought at 15 I was the chit.
