Hey guys, got a question for ya. I’m living in Lake Havasu now and am searching around trying to find some good off-road events (whether it be harescramble or GP) that are within 4 hours-ish drive to me. Being from the Midwest, So Cal tracks have always been a bucket list sort of thing for me. Can anyone recommend a good racing series or organization out there they’ve done. Looking at off-road type events just to get a little more track time out of it...I don’t race strictly Moto too much anymore. Thanks for the help.

Check out AMA Big 6 Grand Prix. They have a Havasu round in December. Friendly series and a good bang for your buck. Trevor Hunter posts a lot of his videos on here.

If you are ever out in the So Cal area, check out SRA. Doesn't get much more laid back than that!

^^ what he said. The big 6 is great, SRA is great, and R.E.M. Is great.. make a weekend trip to Glen Helen, race R.E.M. Mx Saturday, then SRA Sunday (which is more off road)

Another vote for Big 6. Only raced it once, but it was a lot of fun! Planning on racing it more.

Trevor- will you be at Gorman?

Big 6 is looking like the hot ticket, is also check out WORCS personally, but it's more of a Moto style race

Anybody have any info on the dst. 37 sprint enduro season coming up. Wondering how the track layouts are gonna be ( fast open stuff vs slower tech). Either way, excited to try it out.

I'll be doing a podcast on it soon with all the info I know.

Mostly 1-3rd gear sections in classic Sprint Enduro fashion. Might try and pry more info out of SuperB

"Well you know it’s coming and now you will know when and where! 2019 District 37 Sprint Enduro Series Schedule is set! Couple things of note: Round 1 will use new land at 29 Palms that hasn’t been used at the Big6 GP Series, Round 3 will be a two day event with a Youth Race on Saturday and the Sprint Enduro on Sunday, Round 7 will be held by District 37 at a place that has never been raced before (more info to come) and the last year we had a D37 Enduro Series was 2015 and we have decided to honor all the 2015 #1 plate holders and you will receive your free entries & gate entries(when they apply). We are 6.5 months away from the opening round so start training and we will have many more details to come!"
